Today is a good day to stay indoors and try some Yoga.

Mountain 2 min
monkey 2 min
chair 2 min
monkey 2 min
downward dog 1 min
sun salutations 2 min
warrior 2 min each side
warrior 2 min each side
reverse warrior 2 min each side
triangle 2 min each side
followed by straddle stretch
prayer pose
and happy baby!
