Today's challenge. 45 minute brisk walk/run and add 200 crunches, 20 push ups, 200 walking lunges, 20 dips and 20 side squats each side. Enjoy! Let me know how your legs feel!!!

  1. As a over 50 baby boomer would you please provide an exercise program that I can do. 200 crunches is way out of my capability.

  2. Sure how about group the exercises into 4 sets and do 25 of each. I will work on a separate program tonight (wink)!
