No running outside today!! Unless you have snow shoes on!!

20 minutes of cardio
30 Squat jumps
15 walking lunges with bicep curls
1 minute wall squat
Bench Press (on bench, ball, or ground) 20 reps
30 Dips
100 Crunches
50 reverse crunches
Repeat ALL 1x
