45 minutes of cardio split up 10 minutes each
running
stairs
eliptical
jump rope
Ball squats with 5 sec holds
20 walking lunges
20 back extensions on swiss ball
20 lat rows lying prone on swiss ball
25 jacks
20 bicep curls
Repeat exercises
