jog for 3 minutes in place
15 up downs
25 jacks
25 walking lunges with bicep curls
Run the stairs 4x
jog 2 in place
10 up downs
20 side squats with front raises
run stairs 3x
5 up downs
25 jacks
30 dips
50 crunches
25 push ups
30 dips
50 crunches
25 push ups
