Warm up-
Sun salutations
Hold each pose for at least 1 minute, while taking long, deep breaths
Warrior I
Warrior II
Reverse warrior
Repeat on left side
Triangle pose
Down Dog
Triangle pose repeat on left side
Down Dog
Child pose
Happy Baby pose
