Plank pose--up on one side and hold for 30 seconds repeat to to other side
downward facing dog

child pose
down dog
warrior 1
warrior II
Reverse warrior
triangle
repeat last 4 on other side
butterfly
standing ball reach stretch
cool down on cardio machine for 15 minutes
